Rob Biron, CPT. AN/CA

Rob is 47 yr old Captain presently in a Civil Affairs slot stationed at the Regional Embassy Office, Al-Hillah in the Babil Province of Iraq. By trade and AOC he is a Registered Nurse (66H), and did go thru the Civil Affairs mobilization course and have been awarded the secondary AOC of 38A (CA). Rob is currently serving on the Essential Services Team (Schools, clinics, water, and assorted projects) attached to the Provincial Reconstruction Team that is run by the State Dept.
The town of Hillah and the surrounding area have really embraced Rob's team and many vital projects are in the works there.

These projects include Fish Farms, Date plantations, honey bee farms, building local markets with stalls/booths for the population to sell their goods.
